Zhejiang Kaicheng Textile Machinery Co., LTD is a comprehensive national-level high-tech enterprise, specializing in the R&D, design and manufacture of intelligent and high-end textile machineries and corresponding automation control software. From April 4th to April 7th ,2018,invited by the municipality of shaoxing, our company has participated in the Exhibition of international textile and garment machinery in Jakarta, India. Two newly developed machines KC522A automatic high-speed winding machine and CY212 intelligent electronic yarn guide winding machine was on the show. KC522A automatic high-speed winding machine is mainly applied to wind and form high tenacity yarns like sewing thread and embroidery thread. The machine can automatically take and change tubes. Small package bobbin of sewing thread and embroidery thread determines the frequent change of tubes. However, our KC522A has the function of automatic loading and unloading of bobbin, saving a lot of cost of labor force. The machine is equipped with the automatic control technology, such as intelligent length counting, yarn unloading, temperature control precision oil filling, 36V brushless motor driving for the whole machine and so on. In addition, safe and reliable KC522A has the characteristics of single spindle operation, compact structure and energy saving. Its energy consumption is 50% less than traditional machines. The successful development of KC522A which replaces backward traditional machines solves problems of hard recruitment and expensive labor force. It is well received by customers. At precent,CY212 intelligent electronic yarn guide winding machine is international leading in the field of textile machinery, which is developed to occupy the domestic high-performance application market. This machine adopts high-performance turbine disk stepper motor to achieve intelligent and high-speed round-trip yarn guide, active unwinding and automatic tension control.CY212 possess independent intellectual property rights. Control system, circuit control board and tension sensor equipped on CY212 are all independently researched and developed by our technician, which has overcome a series of technical difficulties and fill a number of domestic technical gaps. Thus, new online control mechanism, production process and comprehensive digitalization can be realized. Compared with traditional machines, production of CY212 has doubled and energy consumption is over 60% less. What`s more, length of forming and edge shape of the same machine is free to adjust. In a word,CY212 can be fully applicable to wind all kinds of yarns in each field of textile.
